Update: The livly team reached out to me and helped with the issue below. "external id" in prof for Yardi integration. I am unable to create maintenance requests within the app because I cannot assign staff members to the ticket, which is a requirement to make a maintenance request. Additionally I cannot assign staff to an existing work request from the app because the list does not populate with selecting assignee. The app is ok otherwise. Getting this fixed would be an amazingQOL improvement.

why is this app so slow?!?! horrible to use.

I can't register as a new user. The page is to log in, and that's it.
