Connect in Seconds Enter your server URL and API key and you're in. N8Mate securely stores your credentials on-device and keeps you connected to your automation stack at all times.
Monitor Your Server & Executions The home dashboard shows your automation server health at a glance. See recent workflow executions — their status (success or failure), trigger mode (manual, cron, webhook, and more), and how long ago they ran. Tap any failed execution to view the full error details without ever opening a browser.
Manage All Your Workflows Browse your complete workflow library, search by name, and see which workflows are active. Toggle any workflow on or off with a single tap. Active workflows are surfaced at the top of the list so the most important automations are always within reach.
Quick Triggers — One-Tap Webhook Shortcuts Create custom shortcut buttons for your most-used webhook triggers. Give each button a name, pick a colour and emoji icon, and fire your workflows instantly. Perfect for recurring actions like posting to social media, logging expenses, or kicking off any manual workflow — without writing a single line of code.
Error Logger & Custom Tables The built-in error logger lets you review workflow failures across a configurable date range. Switch between production and test mode logs. Add custom log tables via webhook paths to surface data from your own logging workflows — long-press any custom table to remove it when you're done.
Configurable & Personalised Dial in the activity and logger day ranges (1–30 days), configure webhook URLs for sharing text or images directly into your automations, and toggle notifications to suit your workflow.
Built for Privacy N8Mate communicates only with your own server. No data is sent to third-party servers. Your API key is encrypted and stored locally on your device.
