About this app

LoadGen Platform mobile gives engineers and performance specialists live visibility into the LoadGen platform from anywhere. Whether a load test is running unattended overnight or a monitoring check is flagging a regression, the mobile app keeps the signal close at hand.

The companion to the LoadGen all-in-one platform for Performance Testing, End-to-End Monitoring, API Testing, and Digital Experience Analytics — purpose-built for enterprise EUC, VDI, and web environments, including Citrix, Omnissa Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and RDS.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Watch active load tests in real time. See Success Rate, Failed Users, Total Users, and Duration as the run progresses, with the same KPI cards as the web dashboard.
• Review historical test runs. Browse a paginated list of completed executions, filter by date range, load profile, status, or free-text search, and open any run for a full breakdown of moments, errors, and per-user outcomes.
• Bulk-clean old data. Delete test runs older than 30, 60, or 90 days in a single sheet.
• Stay close to monitoring. Browse active monitoring sessions, schedules, and user activity from your pocket.
• Launch a test remotely. Start a configured load run and track it live without opening the desktop console.

WHAT YOU NEED

An active LoadGen Platform account. The mobile app is a companion that connects to your existing LoadGen tenant; it does not include the testing engine itself. Contact your LoadGen administrator or request a demo at loadgen.com if you are not yet a customer.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

All communication with your LoadGen environment is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/WSS. The app collects only what it needs for product functionality (email, display name, user ID) plus diagnostic data to keep the app stable. What’s new

What's new in this build:

• Multiple connections: save more than one LoadGen server, give each a name, and edit or remove them whenever you like.
• Quick switching: jump between servers from the home screen, the login screen, or Settings.
• Stay signed in: each connection remembers its own login, so switching signs you straight back in.
