App has serious bugs. I changed my auto payment bank account and every auto payment still goes to the old bank account. The customer service is even more pathetic, they don't respond back even after several followups. I reminded them multiple times last month and yet again they have done auto payment from the incorrect bank account.

App has a lot of glitches and causes delays in payments. Payments that you post doesn't get processed sometimes. Very poorly developed app. Customer service is even worse.

AVOID. The company has failed to properly secure customers' sensitive information to include SSN's on two occasions in less than a year. There's allegations that they never corrected the security flaw from the first leak which allowed the second to happen.
