Ratings and reviews

It was a really good option in my trip to Laos. Can pay almost anywhere where they accept QR codes. The commission is a bit high and sometimes didn't make sense with a minimum amount charged for small transactions, without an option to find this info anywhere before you pay. But withdrawing money is also expensive (local bank fee, from your card and your bank) it was still quite reasonable. In the end it was a bit more expensive but much easier. Taxi option too expensive, never used it.

been using it since 2019 until 2023, the number of drivers have greatly increase, but now not all knows english. the concept is still the same, a variable amount for a driving app which you can treat it like a taxi metre. useful if you are exploring places which you are not sure of and have second thoughts about it, so the fare just goes on until you finally decided to stop your journey. definitely cheaper than a taxi or tuktuk in laos.

Drivers nearly always give a higher inflated price after the end of the trip after you have been quoted an original price? plus it is full of bugs and gives the wrong pick up point, should have grab here instead. Absolute Rubbish. Why quote a price and then let the driver change it to a higher price after the journey??
