I don't want this service was sold something that didn't work under false advertisement on top of that I was charged Twice at a amount far exceeding the advertised price of 2.99 I was charged 8.99 and 9.99 and then 2.99 which is unbelievable, consider this a formal complaint and a request for a refund,

Iv FOUND NO WAY to ACTUALLY Track ANYONE I WANT to Track & its ONLY GIVING ME a RUN AROUND So Im EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED & IRRITATED & Now its NOT ALL9WING ME the Ability to RATE the App Either

you keep jacking me around trying to upsell me something I don't want. can't even open the app! Very disruptive!
