Using LG V20 on Nougat. Initially app did not work. But worked after removing free version, restarting and installing paid version with usage permission ON. Still there was a problem - when video playing is stopped and back button is hit, the open app gets locked again. Added a new 4G SIM in slot1 (old one in slot2) then installed App (My Jio) of the 4G SIM company. Then app lock pro started working only when screen is locked. Strangely, lock is removed just by hitting the back button. In the apps management, it is seen that "No permission is requested" for this app lock pro application. Can someone help?

It crashes when I click on permit usage access in settings. Please fix it otherwise I want my money back

I DEFINITELY WANT A REFUND! The app works when it feels like it & all applications I set to be locked isn't locked just some. What is the deal. 😡.
