As of today, the app is not functioning. The app asks for my login credentials and promptly closes. The app used to work, but had some issues. Today, while adding a new family user's finger prints, the app kept on going back to the login screen. Now, as stated earlier, the app just goes back to the login screen after the login attempt. Maybe it's their server system. All I know is the app is failing to open. Revised as of February 3, 2026. The app is back working earlier today. Works well!

Currently the app is not able to be download through the app store or the official website with tablets, i tried using a brand new galaxy tab A9+ and others yet this problem seems exclusive to tablets, i worked together with customer service (which were really helpful, kind and professional) yet this issue could not be fixed. the appstore offers no information regarding the inability to work with tablets and while i consider the application to be good on phone, i am disappointed in this.

Very slow to open feed, the app in it's current state isn't fast enough to open the live feed for a doorbell camera, sometimes it can take 8+ seconds which is not up to industry standard. Additionally, the motion detection is completely broken, even at all settings at minimum its still detecting way too many things in the distance, which results in you disabling motion detection completely... support has been helpful but powerless to solve these issues.
