Ratings and reviews

The app has worked great for use with 4 - L1 smart lock boxes connected through a smart Bluetooth to WiFi bridge. Setup was easy and assigning permanent and short term passwords is straightforward. The only gripe is that they require a minimum of 6 digits instead of the more common 4.

My lock never paired it just kept saying the device was off but it was clearly on there was no way to tell the lock to pair and there was no way to pair the device on this app so this product and this app is trash in my eyes. I'm returning this lock to Amazon and will never buy one of your products again because of this shoddy design. PS add a pairing button to your device so that you don't have to rely on passive Bluetooth signals for it to pair.

The lock itself (G30) is nice. The software without calibration is not user friendly. The lock and open lock icon should be changeable (in case it is in the opposite direction). The swipe button should stay in the last position(locked or unlocked) it was used in, or sync position with the lock itself. With the button sliding back to the middle it is impossible to see which was the last position or the lock actually closed or opened. (the swipe succeeded or not)
