My lock never paired it just kept saying the device was off but it was clearly on there was no way to tell the lock to pair and there was no way to pair the device on this app so this product and this app is trash in my eyes. I'm returning this lock to Amazon and will never buy one of your products again because of this shoddy design. PS add a pairing button to your device so that you don't have to rely on passive Bluetooth signals for it to pair.

The app has worked great for use with 4 - L1 smart lock boxes connected through a smart Bluetooth to WiFi bridge. Setup was easy and assigning permanent and short term passwords is straightforward. The only gripe is that they require a minimum of 6 digits instead of the more common 4.

Cannot connect to device via Bluetooth after the last update. Makes the device useless basically. Now it does not work even if I install the older versions. The device though connects fine with ios, but fails with the android app. This is truly unacceptable.
