you pay almost 400 bucks to keep your house secure and pay for a warranty. but that means nothing because it doesn't cover damaged, lost, and/or stolen devices. I didn't need a new device. all I called about was my hub being stolen. IDK what someone thought they were taking but it's the unit needed in order to use the camera and intercom. and to update the firmware. does lockly care? of course not. they want you to pay more despite the warranty. I'm going back to Kwikset. screw lockly.

The app seems to function ok. The one simple feature i WISH it had is the ability to just Unlock a door for X hours. I dont like using Welcome mode because I have to set a a window for a specific day and time and if I forgot to shut it off, I now a door that Is unlocked when I dont want it to be. it would be voodoo simple for them to add a small hour:minute dialog box next to the Lock/Unlock button that lets you quickly set hour many hours and minutes you want to have the door unlocked.

the device and app are good but the customer service is horrible and please don't have any damage, theft or loss of any kind of attachments to your device because despite a warranty and paying nearly $400.00 for the device, it's not covered. They expect you to dish out more money for any replacement. The company is bogus. I'm going back to Kwikset. Lockly will keep good paying customers in debt and not care.
