I love the flexibility this gives me. however, there are many issues. I can't set the unlock to greater than 30 seconds. welcome mode only allows 1 entry and exit time. I use this on my store each day, which is not the same, and we are closed for lunch at the same time each day. Being in a wheelchair, I got this for convenience, and it is, but I thought there would be more custom abilities with the app. The new app has less functionality as well. I love the lock, I don't love the app.

The lock hardware was easy to setup, the software not so much. Trying to setup a device for the 1st time had me seriously considering removing the physical lock and returning it. The app forces the device to have the firmware updated which failed every time I tried. Then I started getting messages that the battery was too low to continue to attempt to update the firmware even though this was with presumably brand new batteries that came with the device. The next day everything was fine

The lock itself is okay. This app definitely needs work. It's a bit of a pain to get people enrolled. It doesn't help that it has expiration dates even for sub admins enabled by default. You can't just adjust the time afterwards either. Gotta delete the user and re-add. Their website is also lacking. I tried finding information on upgrading the micro SD card, but was unable to find any.
