I love the flexibility this gives me. however, there are many issues. I can't set the unlock to greater than 30 seconds. welcome mode only allows 1 entry and exit time. I use this on my store each day, which is not the same, and we are closed for lunch at the same time each day. Being in a wheelchair, I got this for convenience, and it is, but I thought there would be more custom abilities with the app. The new app has less functionality as well. I love the lock, I don't love the app.

The lock itself is okay. This app definitely needs work. It's a bit of a pain to get people enrolled. It doesn't help that it has expiration dates even for sub admins enabled by default. You can't just adjust the time afterwards either. Gotta delete the user and re-add. Their website is also lacking. I tried finding information on upgrading the micro SD card, but was unable to find any.

worst smart lock I've ever had. I can never connect to lock away from the house on my phone. when you send invitations for others to be able to have access, you're not given an option to give them full access. 5g is not supported by the app. these are just a few of what I've encountered on the 1st day of installation.
