App still does not work on Android systems and hasn't for several months. If I hadn't spent so much money on the locks I would cancel my membership and move on. Works great when it works, however I'm no longer able to open the app on my Android. I was hopeful with the recent update the problem would be resolved but it was not. This has been an issue for an extended period of time so I am beyond frustration at this point.

When it works, and you understand that the locks and mobile app do not update in real-time (you have to push an action through the app and then press the lock button on the lock a few minutes later to sync the device to take the new action), then it's fine. Overall it's good once it's setup. The problem is that if locks are an integral component of your business,, then you're pretty much screwed because there's no after hours or weekend support when their servers fail.

Sadly this so titled "Admin" app doesn't administer at all. You are directed to their Web page instead. Also the information unhelpfully displays "upcoming" instead of a date and time. You cannot order it in customer or date order so there is very little you can do practically with this app, apart from open and close a door remotely. All I want to see is a list in date order with time start (and end), customer name and code and also without having to click into each record to see the detail.
