What an stupid app!! Top-up option is the worst. You use the top up option once and it f*** disappears. Also even you buy the credit to top up, you won't be able to send the amount you wish. It keeps saying the amount isn't available. So basically wait days to top up a number... And yeah the customer service, what the hell is wrong with them!! I contacted 2 days ago and haven't heard back yet. Seems like they want us to use their app but don't care enough to give a damn about our inconveniences😡

Updated version is very poor. Everytime when I place new calls, voip disconnects my headphones. When I put call in speaker mode, it is not working. So I have to remove and reconnect my headset Everytime when I place new call, then only I can hear the sound through my headset. Another issue is, when I place calls, it is frequently disconnected after the first ring. I have to retry again and again to place call. Older version works fine. Updated version having more issues.

I have been using this apps for more than 5 years, recently whenever I made a call, it simply empty my credit and is so painful as am searching for another VOIP for international calls and end this apps. I had lost a lot of money as my recharge is automated, I keep receiving alert charges even when I didn't buy credits. So strange!
