FitText converts recorded activity files from your fitness device or service (FIT files) into compact plain text, combines the workout data with your chosen prompt, and makes it ready to share with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another AI assistant that accepts text-file attachments.

Many AI assistants cannot reliably interpret raw binary FIT files. FitText prepares your recorded activity data and analysis instructions together, so you can move from an exported workout to an AI conversation with only a few taps.

Key Features

• FIT and ZIP Import: Select a .fit file or a .zip file containing an activity from your device. Built-in download shortcuts are provided for Garmin and Strava websites, with customizable shortcuts for other sites that provide FIT downloads.

• Cardio Activity Support: Supports most cardio activities that create lap data.

• Compact Plain-Text Output: Creates AI-ready text designed to preserve useful workout detail while improving LLM token efficiency.

• Built-In and Custom Prompts: Choose an analysis style, edit a customizable prompt, or create your own instructions.

• Activity Comparisons: Select and share multiple activities so the AI assistant can compare similar workouts, courses, or races.

• Privacy Controls: Apply position-privacy options before sharing location-related activity data.

• Optional Downsampling: Reduce recorded sample density to create a smaller file while retaining the overall heart rate, pace, speed, cadence, and power patterns present in the activity.

• On-Device Conversion: FitText processes the selected activity file on your Android device. No FitText account or cloud processing service is required.
