Ratings and reviews

As a delivery driver, the app sends me to restaurants 10–30 minutes away, which makes no sense. Even if the food is ready, it gets cold by the time it reaches the customer, and we get low ratings. I left Wolt for this, but Efood doesn’t seem better. If this continues, shops will prefer hiring their own delivery guys. The app needs to match orders with nearby drivers for better service.

the notification sound for orders needs to change because it is annoying and loud in your ear,also the navigation app they use is outdated but other than that it's fine,also bring back dark mode.

Please I noticed a thing, if you activated the bonus in Voriea1 but I am working in Geraka and then there is no bonus in Geraka and we get many orders but rate is very less...
