it is too easy for you to send the order without confirming your order first, causing mistakes in your order. then, when you need to cancel or modify your order, it is impossible to contact support. edit: thank you for your reply,e food, but your live chat was not working- hense my review. we had to call the restaurant to sort it out, which posed difficulties

All these years I've been using it im sad to see that my friends get all kind of coupons and me who at one point was even a daily costumer get like 1-3 useless ones every 3 months. Other than that I'm really annoyed at the fact that stores can put whatever photos of a product and when they come to me they are a whole different thing. The reason i put a negative review is because especially lately my orders are wrong or missing stuff or even misinformed by the photos. Other than that ,great app!

Simply a badly designed app which isn't comfortable nor intuitive to use. Basic things like rating and tracking order aren't made well and easy to navigate. If you have accidentally chosen a wrong payment method you cannot cancel and redo the order. To finalize, many basic and needed features either aren't present or aren't done to full extent.
