Ratings and reviews

Over all it's good but they won't acknowledge it of the order is late. It's automated to mark the order as complete the moment the estimated time is up. This is plain scam. Imagine ordering something to them be late and the application saying that the order is complete. They need to fix this. Or they will have law problems.

Very usefull app. The extra charge in some of the stores is often lower than in the competitor apps. There have been a lot of improvements over the years. However one of the changes was on the wrong direction. Removing the ability to add comments on your review made the rating system very poor and generic. I understand that bad restaurants don't like the comments but why penalise the good restaurants removing the ability for someone to mention how good a specific dish was?

The worst deals from all food apps in Greece and the customer support does not even care. They hang up on you and also they don't care about people with special needs when I mentioned that their τυχερη πεινιατα is not good for someone with eyesight problems that need to take their time reading the menu. Choose another app, this one has the WORST customer support and deals too.
