Doesn't work properly! The hub and remote are great but this mobile app is shockingly poor because it just doesn't function properly. For the record.....I did email, as requested and did receive a call to be told that my issues had been referred to the tech team. Seven months on and I haven't heard from anyone.
Unable To Reach hub. I keep going against my better judgment and buying logitech garbage. The iPhone app works fine, but this app can't even connect to the hub. I have to borrow my wife's phone every time I want to modify any activities...not very smart or convenient.
Cannot edit activities Since the last update I've not been able to edit my activities through the app. It asks me to connect to the same WiFi network as the hub (which it is connected to). Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
Can't connect to hub to change wifi network since version 5. I've switched wifi networks before with no issues. The new version looks more slick but is non-functional. I can't connect to my hub at all and it signs me out of my account after 30 seconds of trying to connect.
Stars have gone up now contacts not needed. Though it seems to force landscape mode where I always used it in portrait. And I couldn't figure out how to re-order buttons (some of the default placements are wierd).
'must be connected to same network as hub' I am unable to edit any settings for last few months in android apps. Submitted logs, reinstalled. No change. No customer support. EDIT. I am on the same network. The app does not recognise this.
