Absolutely atrocious. UI Design is misleading, the loading times are extremely long or sometimes endless, setup is obnoxious and the corresponding hub doesn't do what it is supposed too half the time. Buying a Logitech harmony is like buying a 150€ brick. This app made me want to go into the universal remote business because apparently you don't even need a working product anymore to become successful. I like Logitech for their computer peripherals but this app is just a disappointment.

The android app is just an absolute mess. Can't select anything since there is no "continue" button... Eg when adding a new device using the search, selecting the device from the "did you mean ..." Suggestions. Iphone app looks just as bad but at least functions so far..

I was under the impression that Harmony was the gold standard for universal remote software. Evidently not. It took many attempts to pair the app with the hub, eventually I gave up and used the Windows software instead which did work. Then after setting up all my devices (also a horrible experience, the app UX is atrocious) I finally paired a companion remote with the hub only for this to break communication between the hub and the app. Just use separate remotes, it's less hassle.
