About this app

Installing the UE FITS app is the first step in setting up your Ultimate Ears FITS true wireless earbuds. The app assists in pairing to Bluetooth on your mobile device. Once connected, you will be guided through molding your eartips using UE FITS Lightform technology. Once molding is complete, you will have an incredible fit that is customized for your ears only.

Custom eartips provide unparalleled long-term listening comfort, a transparent fit that won't fall out, and non-intrusive seal for incredible audio performance, but the UE FITS app offers more than a remarkable FIT that's unique to you.

The UE FITS app enables several features in addition to setup:

1. Monitor battery life for case and earbuds on the app home screen (Up to 20 hours of total listening time)

2. Adjust EQ. Create your own custom presets or select from a range of provided EQ presets

3. Customize your UE FITS product name (Bluetooth ID)

4. Customize double tap controls to your liking independently on each earbud. Play/pause, access voice assistant, skip tracks, and adjust volume.
 
5. Access additional product usage information within the app menu.

6. Take a fit test and access support to assure you have achieved the optimal FIT.

The UE FITS app is compatible with Android 8 and above.

Ratings and reviews

This app is pretty good but there's lots of room for improvement. It has good EQ controls but that's about it. I wish it had the ability to adjust the ambience microphone on it (permanently on with no off control) and the ability to control the UE lights on the ear pieces. I want people to know I have UE brand earphones, you know? Besides that, they're pretty decent.

They sound great And they were easy to mold. But I have a cracking sound in my right ear, and like other reviews they stay on in the case, they don't charge most the time, won't connect most of the time. And there's no support from the manufacturer. After having these things for a little bit. The right ear cracks, and the dumb things won't connect half the time. Don't Waist Your Money!

What a joke. This app and earbuds are an extreme disappointment. They don't sync together well. My phone shows that the earbuds are connected but the app is still searching. I tried to do the firmware update. 30 minutes later, I gave up. Thanks Logitech for wasting my time. I'll remember it before buying any future products. Update; February 22 2021 I got the update to work. BIG MISTAKE. Now the earbuds cut out for a half-second, every minute or so, as I listen to music.
