Can you rent a car with a non-local ID?

To book a car on rent, it is recommended that you possess an Aadhaar Card and a driving license from Telangana if you wish to rent a car in Hyderabad or Warangal. Similarly, if you plan to rent a self-drive car in Bangalore, you must have the required IDs from Karnataka. In case you don't have local documents, you will need to provide two references of local individuals whose IDs will be verified.

How and when can I extend or modify my booking?

To avoid additional charges, we recommend extending your booking at least 12 hours before its expiry. If you need to modify your booking with less than 12 hours remaining, additional charges may apply.

that the car was not available. I then tried to book another car, and your system charged modification fees despite the inconvenience being caused from your side. My original booking was for a Baleno at ₹2,375. The replacement booking was for a WagonR costing around ₹1,700, which already resulted in a loss of nearly ₹600 for me. On top of that, I was asked to pay an additional ₹400 as modification charges. I was willing to pay and proceed, but even the second car turned out to be unavailable.

Very disappointing experience. I booked an Ertiga Diesel for 10 days, but the vehicle was delivered late and had several issues, including faulty wipers and poor engine performance. I had to travel back from Adanki to Hyderabad for a replacement. The replacement car had no FASTag, and the in-charge, Ajay, was rude and unhelpful. When a challan was issued, they refused to accept the vehicle until I paid it immediately, even though my deposit was already with them. Overall, very poor service

Worst experience ever. I've booked a creta car booking id 1071090. before 3 hours to pickup got message that its not available and need to change car. i tried in the app but didn't get any option. I've paid 664 rupees already to reserve Booking. later I've booked another car by paying full amount. Not I'm asking for refund of 664 for previous booking and they are not responding properly. they said like I should have call them to sort out. Why should I call if you have an app to make bookings.
