Recover faster – come back stronger!
A planned surgery or medical treatment (e.g. cancer therapy) is comparable to a marathon for the body.
Would you start one without training? Probably not. With PrehabM, you use the valuable time before your
appointment to specifically strengthen your body and mind.
PrehabM is your digital companion for so-called prehabilitation. Our app offers a scientifically based,
multimodal program that you can conveniently complete from home. The goal is to increase your resilience
and prepare you as well as possible for the upcoming strain. The app was developed in close collaboration
with leading prehabilitation physicians.
To achieve the best possible effect, we recommend using the app for a period of 2 to 6 weeks before your
planned procedure. Use this time actively for your health!
• What PrehabM offers you
Our holistic 5-pillar concept supports you in all relevant areas:
• Physical training: Customized exercises for endurance, strength, and balance to get your body fit.
• Mental preparation: Techniques to strengthen psychological resilience and reduce anxiety before the
procedure.
• Optimized nutrition: Scientifically prepared information on how to strengthen your body through proper
nutrient intake.
• Healthy lifestyle: Support in abstaining from or reducing stimulants such as alcohol and tobacco.
• Sleep optimization: Strategies for restorative sleep so your body enters treatment well-recovered.
• Your health knowledge
PrehabM not only provides exercises but also understanding. We convey knowledge on maintaining your
health according to current scientific standards. This helps you develop a better awareness of a
strengthening lifestyle – for more quality of life before and after the procedure.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
PrehabM is approved as a Class 1 medical device in the European Union. Please note that the app does not provide diagnoses or medical treatment recommendations. PrehabM is intended solely for informational purposes and to support a scientifically based and healthy lifestyle in preparation for therapy (prehabilitation).
