📜 THE COMPLETE CURRICULUM
All forms (Tao Lu) from white belt to 5th Duan, with the name in Cantonese, the translation, and the type — freehand, combined fighting, or weapon. Each student sees the content up to their next graduation, respecting the pace of their progress.

ABOUT THE STYLE
Fei Hok Phai — "flying crane style" — was brought from China to Brazil by Grand Master Chiu Ping Lok. The Long Hok Academy, founded in 2014 by Master Eduardo Lima, keeps this lineage alive in Maceió.
