I tried cashing out, put in a redemption email. it says it's pending, but it never took away the points. I still have the points I put into have redeemed. So is it not working properly? I'm confused. EDIT: Customer Service replied and fixed the issue in less than 24 hours. I just cashed out and now waiting for the money to go into my account. Will update a third and final time when money is transferred. Was 3 stars-Now 4. Maybe 5!.... Received payment in less than 12 hours. $15 in 2 days!

There seems to be lots of random little glitches and bugs with the app. For example, one time, I had an issue where I was not gaining points even though it claims I was. Other than that, the app seems to be working fine. No major issues. Still earning points to get a $20.00 Amazon Giftcard. Havem't redeemed anything yet so hoping for the best.

Frustrated. No matter how many times I try to verify my email address, when I click the verify link in my email they send out it just brings me back to the homepage where it says to verify my email. I've tried everything and it still won't work. I've contacted support twice this week, the first time I got no response and I just sent out another support email..we shall see how that goes in the next few days.
