Nothing works unless you buy a premium, and i read a lot of negative reviews. So i ain't buying no free trial, this is a scam app.

I had the same issue below! You're scamming people by automatically purchasing an unwanted premium. By context, I tried their 3 days free trial but after that, they charged me without even a notice! I tried messaging them in their EMAIL but they're not responding as they should. I am asking for a refund it was my last money yet they're not responsive.

I initially gave this app a one star and a warning to those who wanted to download this and now I edited it because loox had reached out to me in regards to getting charged a few hours after using during free trial. They refunded my money which is great and this allowed me to know whether they are legitimate or not. As they care about their customers, I will give this app another chance and use it. Thanks for the quick assist and hope that the issue gets fixed.
