It's perfect in every sense, it's a " no nonsense app", exercises are interesting, voice command is perfect..only reason I am giving one star less is that for certain exercises the counting is pretty fast, for example "lunges" and for some exercises the counting is slow, for example "jumping jacks" Please do something about it

The first day, I thought this didn't do anything. The second day, a little more challenging but I thought the same thing... I work in an office, so I'd been sitting for an hour, when I went to get up, I had to catch myself on my desk bc I was SO SORE. 😁 I'm super excited to see the results after 30 days bc even though the routine "seems"simple, it's definitely targeting the areas I wanted. Thank you!

This app is simple and well organized. You have a choice of veg or non veg daily meal plans in detail. I think it's healthy to approach the exercises in the beginning with your health and physical strength in mind. It's best to talk with your doctor about how to approach this. That's not something I did, but now I'm thinking about it. Final thought, I really love this app.
