The lotus app. Was easy to use the first time I downloaded it, but after then it doesn't open anymore 😕 anytime I want to make transfer I have to uninstall and reinstall before I could use it. That is stressful and unfriendly.

The lotus app has been so easy to use so far. I find it easy to make transfers, do other transactions, and generally navigate the app. I think my favourite thing is how fast it is for reflections to occur on the app, and receive text notifications. That's my favourite thing!!!

Love it's simplicity and how functions can be carried out without too much clutter and distractions. Changing devices also does not require one to visit their bank. Overall this ensures a seamless experience.
