Can't get any worse than this, If there's a -100 rating I would've give it this bank. I opened an account with them and money was deposited into it a week later, to transfer the money out now is a problem. The ussd not working, mobile app too is total nonsense. Not able sign up or log in. Too bad, I can't transfer my money In peace again now. Very useless app.

the worst app ever! I download this app since last year and it was working perfect well until this year Jan that I need to make transfer. at first, if I try to login it's saying incorrect password, the same password I've been using since last year! I want to there bank to complain about it and they asked me to write a letter, I wrote letter and they asked me to login in later in the day, but it's like it even get worse. now, they're saying they updated their app and I need to use bigger phone

A friend recommended this bank to me , I opened an online account , made a deposit of 10k ,I'm 300km away from any branch, and I wanted to fund it before travelling for regularisation in any of the branches. unlike other banks, you'lll have a limited transaction temporarily, and surprisingly, the account is now restricted. so frustrating for a new customer. I've decided to forfeit the deposit and move on it doesn't speak well of a new financial institution.
