I've been trying the free version of the app. So far my favorite parts are the facial scan (that tells you what it sees are your most problematic areas), the products scans (tells you rather or not the products best fits your skin based on your concerns), the "how it works" section (tells you how to use the products), the wishlist and shelf list, and provided suggestion of other products that works for your skin. it's just unfortunate that you can only scan/see suggested skin care once.

Ads are entrapment. They do not make it clear that you don't purchase products-- only app access. Had to complain to customer service and ask for refund. CS Rep was aware of ads coming off like that when she refunded me. AI face scanner seems okay just KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. IT IS NOT PRODUCTS.

I scanned my face and it feels like the app saw things that it feels like nobody else sees. I see these things when I look in the mirror and I've been to the counter at clinique and other counters and asked how to fix visible pores or dark spots and they never could tell me how to fix my problem areas. I scanned my products and most of them weren't even a good match for me. this system feels like it gives me answers I was struggling to find for 20 years.
