Ratings and reviews

This app works, but it's very poorly designed especially from a navigation perspective. Using the back gesture exits the app instead of returning to the previous screen. There's also a back arrow in the upper left in some screens that does nothing. So it's functional, but a poor user experience. Update: several buttons now do not work, particularly those at the top of the screen. I can't remove access codes.

update: Went from reconnecting the box several times daily and now its hilding for the past few days. Still ZERO notifications from the Loxx Boxx to Samsung S25U with everything set correctly This app on android is horrible - its better on apple. My samsung s25u tells me daily the app keeps crashing and want to uninstall it. Every day I have to go back out and reconnect everything to my wifi as well now. Better programmers are definitely needed. The system would be great with a better program.

When I open the app, it looks like it's working, and then I get a white screen that I can't get past. I reinstalled it, but it's doing the same thing. I installed it on a different device, but it's the same thing. It used to work very well. Update: Within a weeks time, from when I first noticed a problem to now, they fixed the problems they were having, and everything is working the way it should again! Great app. 👍
