Limit of auto topup is locked at 5 euro. No options to change it. Lunch costs more than 5 euro. Payment declined for kid every second day. I'm literally hate this app. Update: still no way to set auto top-up threshold other than 5 euro. Looks like this app is not maintained.

Hi Sergey, the top-up trigger is locked at €5, when your balance falls below this it will top up your account by the selected amount. You can select any amount up to €1000. Further instructions are here: https://support.loylap.com/topping-up-enabling-auto-top-up

What's the point of a loyalty scheme that doesn't work. It did work for a while but it hasn't given any credit for the last few weeks, although it did allow me to redeem 2.05 two days ago. Sat in Esquires Wakefield now but once again no credit for my coffee. Not good enough.

Hi John. On further inspection we can see that you have two accounts set up, a card linked to a BTInternet email and your app linked to a Gmail address. When you scan your loyalty card it's updating the former so you will not see any updates. Please click on "Link a Card" in the app to connect the accounts. Let us know if you have any issues!

It's OK but now I want to leave the golf club I can't find how to cancel the Loylap account and more importantly how to cancel the Loylap top up feature. It just keeps reverting back.

Hi Carole, please contact support@loylap.com and we can guide you on how to close your account. Closing your account will automatically turn off the auto top-up feature, but we can also turn that off for your first before you close the account if you wish. Thanks very much
