Highly Annoying. I uploaded my miles to this Reward Card since the information before loading was the card is valid for 3 years but when I actually got the virtual card converting my entire miles balance, it was valid for 1 day 23 hours with a facility for extension by another 24 hours. Big Deal. But after all this when I wanted to pay using the card on line, I got the following message "payu.pgi.pt.failure" . This card system does not work at all. It would be better for Etihad to cancel this.

I can’t log in at all. The app keeps looping - I enter my email and password, verify the code sent to my email, and then it sends me straight back to the login screen again. This repeats endlessly and I never get access. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since I need to use my miles before they expire. Completely unusable in its current state.

App just loops. Am left with points that expire at the end of the month and I can't do anything with them.
