Highly Annoying. I uploaded my miles to this Reward Card since the information before loading was the card is valid for 3 years but when I actually got the virtual card converting my entire miles balance, it was valid for 1 day 23 hours with a facility for extension by another 24 hours. Big Deal. But after all this when I wanted to pay using the card on line, I got the following message "payu.pgi.pt.failure" . This card system does not work at all. It would be better for Etihad to cancel this.

Worst of all the worst customer service. My mobile number cannot edit in their app i don't know why it was restricted and cannot be change not editable. I sent email and the response will be still on next week its just Tuesday and I will wait till next week for their response. What a very worst service. I give all the documents they asked.

app tells you it has a bug. can't access my rewards points so I guess they will expire without me being able to spend them.
