Strength Training Log is a fitness app that provides total support for recording, analyzing, and continuing your strength training. With its simple operation and sophisticated dark theme design, it's optimized for gym use.
【Main Features】
■ Workout Log
Quickly input sets, weight, and reps. Features include one-tap copy of previous sets and support for training labels such as supersets, drop sets, and circuit training. Choose from preset exercises or freely add custom exercises.
■ Set Rest Timer
Automatically starts counting down after completing a set. Select from presets ranging from 30 seconds to 5 minutes, and freely pause, reset, and skip. Vibration and notifications alert you when the timer ends. Notifications are received even when the app is running in the background.
■ Exercise-Specific Progress Graphs
View the progress of maximum weight, total load, and estimated 1RM for each exercise in line graphs. Review your progress trajectory using filters for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and all periods.
■ Personal Best (PR) Detection
When you break your personal best in weight or reps, a congratulatory card will automatically appear. You can share your records with training partners using the SNS sharing function.
■ Body Composition Tracking
Records and graphs 10 items including weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, skeletal muscle mass, and BMI. Setting target values will display a target line on the graph.
■ Training History
View training days in a calendar format. Tapping on past sessions allows you to view details of exercises, sets, and weights.
■ Weekly Summary Notification
Every Monday at 9 AM, you will receive a push notification with your training reps, total load, and PR count for the previous week (can be turned on/off in settings).
■ Interactive Tutorial
A 6-slide tutorial will appear upon first launch, clearly guiding you through how to use the app.
