About this game
Mini City is a city builder where you design and manage your own city on an island. Lay out streets, grow neighborhoods, get shops and industry going and keep your residents happy… without letting your budget slip into the red.
Build your way
• Homes for low, middle and high income residents, from small houses to skyscrapers.
• Shops for all three classes: corner shops, street markets, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, malls, boutiques and department stores.
• Industry and offices: workshops, warehouses, factories, industrial plants, offices and skyscrapers, with more jobs the higher the class.
• Schools, high schools and a university; health centers and a hospital; a library, cinema, museum and cemetery.
• Gardens, tree-lined walks, parks, ponds, fountain plazas, viewpoints, funfairs with a big wheel and decorations to brighten up your neighborhoods.
• Landmarks for big cities: a stadium, an obelisk and an observation tower.
• Hotels for the tourists drawn by your museums, funfairs and viewpoints.
• Regular streets, one-way streets, four-lane avenues and roundabouts with a little park.
• Every lot fills itself with paths, gardens, trees and plazas.
• A port and an airport, with ships docking and planes taking off.
• Upgrade your buildings when they have room to grow.
Run the city
• Set taxes for housing, commerce and industry, plus power and water rates.
• Carry power and water along your streets with power plants, wind farms, solar panels and water plants, and collect the garbage with landfills and recycling plants.
• Build police stations, fire stations and health centers: without them, crime and fires show up.
• Give each class what it asks for: a school nearby, shops of its own class and, the higher the class, more parks, health care and police.
• Avoid traffic jams: avenues and roundabouts carry more traffic.
• Watch out for pollution: it builds up, dries the grass, brings smog and makes residents sick. Parks, clean power and filters keep it down.
• Look at your city through maps of traffic, happiness, pollution, power and water, and every service.
• Check the budget, what your city needs and what makes your residents happy or worried.
• Take out a loan if you need one, but watch out for the red: a bankruptcy that drags on ends the game.
Grow your island
Level up as mayor to unlock new buildings and buy land plots to spread your city across the island.
A city full of life
Cars, bikes and skaters on the streets, pedestrians using the crosswalks, people walking their dogs, fire trucks rushing to fires, construction sites with cranes, people on the beach, ducks on the ponds, seagulls, rain and fountains spraying water. You can hear the traffic and the waves. At night the windows and street lamps light up, and leveling up brings fireworks. And every now and then something happens: heat waves, blackouts, street parties… Speed up time (x1, x2 or x3) or hide the interface to enjoy your city in full screen.

• Play in portrait: drag the map with one finger, zoom with two and rotate the view with the buttons.
• A tutorial guides you through your first game.
• Pick the graphics quality that runs best on your phone.
• Your game saves automatically and you can play offline. With Android backup turned on, it comes back if you reinstall the game or switch phones.
