Learning to Sleep offers a sleep intervention based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is the gold standard treatment for insomnia. During five weeks you get to work on your sleep with the help of a digital CBT programme and with the support of weekly video sessions with a psychologist.

Learning to Sleep has shown very good results and 94% of participants get better sleep after completing the programme.
