I got as far as entering my birthdate and I had to scroll through decades, one month at a time. Extreme waste of my time. I stopped there and I will not use this stupid app

never could use it customer support tells me I don't know how to refresh the app need to get help I uninstalled no difference keep saying does not recognize my information totally a waste of time wish I could give zero Stars

This app doesn't work from first launch. I have a new pixel 9 pro XL. I open the Lucent app. Type my email to get a security code. I copy the code. I cannot type or paste the code into the box provided. the keyboard will not open. Very frustrating app.
