About this app

Lucid Scribe is a comprehensive lucid dreaming system with guided induction techniques, a dream journal with speech-to-text dictation and dream sign detection, REM-detection device integration, and detailed progress tracking.

Dream Journal:
Record your dreams with speech-to-text dictation: tap the microphone and describe your dream hands-free. Organize with categories and tags, track lucidity and clarity levels, and discover recurring dream signs automatically. Full-text search, detailed statistics with charts, and export/import backups as .LSD files. Auto-tag dreams based on keywords to identify patterns over time.

INSPEC REM-Detection Device:
Connect the INSPEC lucid dreaming device via Bluetooth for real-time REM sleep detection using machine vision: https://inspec.me - view hypnograms and sleep stage data, configure LED flash sequences, audio cues, and vibration alerts triggered during REM. Includes a Smart Alarm that wakes you naturally at the end of REM cycles for optimal wakefulness dream recall.

REM Lights:
An electronic lucidity inducer that plays scheduled audio cues and light prompts during the night to trigger awareness in dreams without waking you.

Targeted Lucidity Reactivation - Deep Playlist:
Plays custom audio tracks during the early hours of the morning over the media channel. Works with Bluetooth headsets and headbands. Focus on recalling your last dream and visualize how you would have acted if you knew you were dreaming. Associate the audio track with a lucid state during the day.

Guided Senses Induced Lucid Dream (SSILD):
The audio guide walks you through sensory cycles; focusing on sight, hearing, and touch. Instructions repeat with audio cues between cycles. After the delay, cues play at intervals to help trigger lucidity. Drift into sleep while passively observing sensations.

FILD Device:
Rest your finger on the button and gently tap to reset the timer. Perform a reality check whenever you drift off and hear the audio track that plays when the timer runs out.

Dream Exit-Induced Lucid Dream (DEILD):
When you wake from a dream, remain still and re-enter the dream state with awareness. Scheduled audio cues help you catch the transition moment.

Targeted Dream Incubation (TDI):
Play audio phrases after hours of sleep to seed the next dream. Can be configured to play when the FILD module detects sleep onset.

MILD Prospective Memory Trainer:
Every morning, receive a list of targets to look out for during the day. Snap a picture and perform a reality check when you encounter one to gain XP.

Dream Induced Lucid Dream (DILD) - Reality Checks:
Smart scheduling with sound cues and dream prompts during REM or after a delay. Supports silent vibration on smartwatches. Boost awareness with scheduled daytime reality checks and earn XP.

Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) - Lucid Alarm:
Set notifications during the night to wake up and practice lucid dreaming exercises before going back to bed.

Mnemonic Inductions (MILD):
Before bed, silently read along focusing on your last dream. Reinforces the intention to recognize when you are dreaming. Works with the prospective memory trainer.

Mindfulness:
Guided exercises including body scan, preparation for sleep, breathing space, and mountain guided imagery.

XP Levels & Progress Tracking:
Earn experience points for every session across all techniques. Track your level progression, daily streak, total sessions, and time spent. View detailed statistics with contribution graphs and per-technique breakdowns.

This app does nothing that it says it should do....Only two options have audio & all others i had read....How can i close my eyes & relax but i have to read on how to lucid dream by following the steps...Their is no audio!?!?! UPDATE: I've tried your reccomendation & still no sound....I watch movies everyday on my phone & listen to music and that sound works...every other app i have installed has sound but yours still has no sound for me...

Can you please try again with your phone's media volume turned up under Android Sound? UPDATE: Thanks for trying again. What happens when you tap on the play button in the Guided Sensory Induction or the Preparation for Sleep module - do you see a media notification if you scroll down from the top?

Thanks for the second reply. I was able to adjust the time to my liking in the "deep playlist" mode, but tapping the playback button keeps crashing the app. Also wish the waking time dream reminders could use the same file as the deep playlist.

There is a new version available - can you test if the playback button now works in the Deep Playlist? The setting button on the top left of the Reality Checks and Lucid Alarms should let you configure the sound.
