Overall, a terrible experience. I was a 5 star driver for them and I loved helping people out. I put many many miles on my vehicle for this company only to be demoted for when my vehicle required new tires. The stints they will pull on their 1099 independent contractors will also carry over into the overall service. It's hit or miss with them but I would suggest doing your due diligence and checking with other apps as well. The Ratings tell the story.

I work for lugg great company that offers flexibility without having to wear and tear on your car it's another way of making money similar to Lyft and Uber but your moving furniture instead of driving people but you work when you want to work I couldn't praise lugg enough lugg has helped me when I had nothing you meet really great people you travel the world I'm very grateful for this opportunity

Terrible company to work with. I had a 5 star rating and suddenly all shifts I was scheduled for were taken away. Tried to find out why through support line and email. They never gave a reason and were annoyed I even inquired. The lie was repeated I would hear back in days. Months later, still no response. Don't waste your time, scam company that treats contractors and customers like they are not worthy of a response even.
