This app is a godsend. I used to be very capable of moving everything myself, as a strong 6.5' man, but my youth is behind me, and I am now physically disabled. It's hard to find people to do the heavy lifting when you can't if you're not paying for a full moving crew. I didn't need to move. I just needed a couch disposed of. The service was great. I got help within an hour. The guys hauling my stuff were very friendly and efficient, and the price was extremely reasonable; almost too cheap.

App is essentially unusable. Entered delivery address as pickup address by accident, before pressing anything, attempted to delete the address and change it but the deleted letters just kept re-populating three same letters back in the box. Had to exit and re-enter app to select correct pick up address. When I finally got through the process and set up a time and selected pay(after inputting all that info) and the app just froze. 3 total crashes within 7 minutes of using the app.

First time using it today for an urgent matter. I was a bit skeptical at first, but had to go with it, because we had no other choice. It's not cheap, but I think the price is pretty fair. The fact that they responded SO QUICKLY AND came SO FAST (within 1 hour) was AMAZING. They were also really efficient and, Im not sure if it was them or the app, but the communication was GREAT. Kept me in the loop, such as the work status and where they are, during the ENTIRE process. Thank you SO MUCH!
