These guys lost my $4500 couch cushion and left me waiting an hour without telling me they were delayed looking for the cushion. What professional mover loses a couch cushion? This was my first and last time using this service.
I used Lugg for the first time and right on time, Shane and Jiovani arrived to help. They were both very friendly, respectful of my things, and happy to help. Will definitely recommend Lugg to my friends.

The service was good. On time and very helpful movers. The app would be greatly improved if you could see where the drivers are, especially once they have your stuff. That would not only help with coordinating meeting them, but also with peace of mind. App itself is a bit bare bones.
Not only was the estimate $40 lower than the actual cost but they broke the porch light. Movers are friendly and quick but the customer service is terrible and they wont replace anything if it is broken. You're better off using task rabbit.
Late to ETA by one hour, no customer service to contact. How is this any different than any other moving service?
