Ratings and reviews

The app crashes so much/doesn't work for anything outside the happy path. Here's something that's been broken for me for 6+ months: - attaching and removing photos from a lugg request - checking details on past luggs - referrals (you can send them, but can't redeem them) This app crashes a lot, but the service in the real world is pretty solid. I've ordered 5 XL luggs and they were nice, helpful, capable and well paced. I'll continue to order luggs but I'd like to see the bugs fixed.

I've personally used this app twice for moving mattresses and TVs and bikes. Sometimes they are indeed late, but they do give small refunds if so. My last guy actually arrived early and it was a pretty quick job, the biggest problem with this service is it is way too expensive with tons of hidden fees. They initially told me we $42 and then it ended up being nearly $80. No respect

I picked the pickup truck and two movers option to move an oversized mirror that I bought on Craigslist. I had to cancel once, which is incredibly easy to do. I ordered it again when it got confirmed, and the movers were prepared and professional. I had to text them and it was easy enough to do on the app. Good experience!
