How LUGGit works:
1. Choose where a Keeper collects your luggage — airport, hotel, hostel, Airbnb, café, or anywhere in the city.
2. Tell us where to deliver it back — same place or anywhere else within the city.
3. Pick your pick-up and delivery times — anytime from 8am to 8pm, every day. In a hurry? Order in real time and we'll be there in ~15 minutes.

This is a great service with even greater customer service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend anytime you are travelling!! Luggit should be in all major metropolitan cities!! Such a wonderful idea. There's no way i could of gotten my luggage through the beautiful hilly streets of Portugal!!!

Does exactly what it says on the tin. A few improvements on airport collections but the pickup person was great and friendly.

Great app and service. If I had anything to improve it would be to allow chatting with the Keeper (person handling the luggage) via WhatsApp. Like many people I normally travel with a data-only SIM and can't make or receive voice calls, so having the ability to chat or speak to the Keeper directly via the app would be great.
