How LUGGit works:
1. Choose where a Keeper collects your luggage — airport, hotel, hostel, Airbnb,
café, or anywhere in the city.
2. Tell us where to deliver it back — same place or anywhere else within the city.
3. Pick your pick-up and delivery times — anytime from 8am to 8pm, every day. In a hurry? Order in real time and we'll be there in ~15 minutes.
4. Tell us how many bags — suitcases, backpacks, even surfboards. All sizes, all insured by default.

My family and I were super scared to use this service, but it was the only option that made sense for us. Ultimately, the app is easy to use, the team was responsive to every inquiry (they can communicate with you through WhatsApp), and the drivers were absolutely professional. As a bonus, they only cost 6 EUR more than their competitors, so it's a great deal. I highly recommend this service!

Great app and service. If I had anything to improve it would be to allow chatting with the Keeper (person handling the luggage) via WhatsApp. Like many people I normally travel with a data-only SIM and can't make or receive voice calls, so having the ability to chat or speak to the Keeper directly via the app would be great.

Really quick and helpful service, timesavers! Skipped a huge queue for bag drop thanks to them. It took me around 3 minutes to upload app, register, add payment, and leave my bag with them. They put security lock tie to ensure your bag/suitcase wasn't open during storage, and take it away. At exact time and place you specify in the app the person is waiting for you already with your suitcase, and you can track where it is at any time, as well as call the delivery person.
