Excellent service, once you get through the order process. Unfortunately placing the order and the app itself leaves a lot to be desired. The search is not really efficient and leaves out items in the results unless the term is expressed in their particular way. Update: Partial items supplied twice now, on 24 hour late deliveries, with not so much as an advance intimation.

What's more annoying than the lack of basic app features is their failure to deliver on time. They make a mockery of promised delivery slots. I placed an order 4 days ago and chose the evening delivery slot of the same day. I haven't received my order yet. They keep rescheduling the delivery without caring to ask whether I would be home. This is the third time that they are delaying my order. I had sent them detailed mails earlier but that hasn't changed anything.

- Orders are missing in order history. Glitch please check. - Items in cart suddenly disappear with no warning so we think we are buying something but that's not the case. Please fix. - Search functionality and ability to filter needs to be improved. - Refunds are not processed systematically. Need functionality that can track refund status. - Quality checks need to be in place for grocery.
