Lumanae democratizes access to coaching for company employees. The application offers employees and/or managers access to a professional video coach in less than 30 minutes in order to gain perspective on a problem. The duration of the conversation is counted per minute, from the user's time credit given to him by his company in the form of prepaid cards. The low cost of the solution allows as many people as possible to have access to a coach. Through this so-called situational coaching, users feel valued, supported and ready to get off to a good start with solutions to implement so that their situation improves.
