No pills: use light and daily rhythm to help your body clock shift to the

Jet lag happens when your internal body clock is out of sync with local time.
The most powerful signal for resetting that clock is light. LumiSync estimates
your core-body-temperature minimum (CBTmin) to calculate, each day, the best
times to get light and the times to avoid it.
