Pick two clips — the swing you just recorded and a reference: your coach, a player you study, or your own swing from three months ago. SwingGhost plays them in perfect sync so you can see exactly where the two differ.

Compare it your way
• Side by side, or Ghost — one clip laid semi-transparently over the other, with an opacity slider
• Step one frame at a time; footage shot at 60, 120 or 240 fps steps the smoothest
• Jog dial scrubbing to land on the exact moment
• Mirror either clip, so a left-hander and a right-hander line up
• Set a sync anchor on each clip (impact, contact, top of the backswing) and both stay aligned from there

Mark up the frame
• Pen, line, arrow and circle, drawn straight on the video
