The sessions were developed by a certified hypnotherapist from the University of Sussex. They draw on techniques from research in mindfulness, guided relaxation, and positive psychology. They are designed to help you find calm, clarity, and well-being every day.

When you open the app, Lunema invites you to take stock: how are you feeling? Stressed, tired, neutral, serene? In just a few seconds, your feelings guide the creation of a personalized audio session.
You choose the duration (10, 15, or 20 minutes) and the mode: you can choose to work on an emotion, a situation... or simply treat yourself to a moment of relaxation. Lunema creates your session—recorded human voice, adapted structure, rhythm calibrated to your state. You can also generate reminders to quickly return to a state of well-being.
