Cycle is a period journal with a month calendar and a daily log. Record your own dates and observations on your phone. No account is required.
YOUR CALENDAR
• Log period starts and ends, add a past period, or correct dates
• See your current cycle day and review saved periods
• Estimate the next start using a cycle length you enter or an average from your logged history
• Choose which calendar details appear, their colors, and the first day of the week
YOUR DAILY LOG
Select today or a past day to record spotting, light, medium, or heavy flow and an optional note. Keep symptoms, mood, or anything else you want to remember in your own words. Two optional, separately named sex categories and a suspected-ovulation marker are also available. Suspected ovulation records your observation; the app does not predict fertility.
YOUR DATA AND RECOVERY
Saved periods, daily entries, and calendar preferences stay on this device. Export a JSON backup from Settings for a copy you control. Import a backup to merge records or replace the journal. A backup includes saved flow and notes; unsaved drafts are excluded.
Android may also back up the local journal to your Google account when device backup is enabled and your device has a screen lock. Google controls when those backups run.

The free app includes advertising. A one-time purchase removes ads permanently. Every logging and backup feature is available without that purchase. There is no subscription.
Cycle is a personal journal. It does not diagnose, score symptoms, or suggest treatment. Cycle estimates are not confirmed dates, and estimates or suspected-ovulation entries must not be used as contraception.
