I would give it 0 stars, if I could. I purchased luxy pro black membership and the app still wouldn't allow me to view anyone or chat. It would continously lead me to options for payment, and once I'd click on it, an error message would pop up that I'm already subscribed. It's been less than 24hrs and I've had no choice but to cancel the subscription. And there's no contact for help on the app, so I have no idea how to request a full refund.

Meh...not much you can do with the app without paying a steep price. The review never completes which i think is a gimmick to get you to subscribe. My profile picture has been pending approval over a month! Yea, stick with Bumble or any other dating app that actually works.

I had read so many negative reviews about this app but decided to give it a benefit of doubt. I used it for a month and decided it wasn't for me, so I deactivated my account so I don't get charged for the next month, but they still did. The LUXY support team has also been very intentional in not putting a customer care number. Very convenient! The worst part is I'm getting charged but I can't also access my old account, so I'm basically just giving them money. Support Team were no help at all!
