I would give it 0 stars, if I could. I purchased luxy pro black membership and the app still wouldn't allow me to view anyone or chat. It would continously lead me to options for payment, and once I'd click on it, an error message would pop up that I'm already subscribed. It's been less than 24hrs and I've had no choice but to cancel the subscription. And there's no contact for help on the app, so I have no idea how to request a full refund.

This app crashes constantly. I never had any issues until I upgraded to Black. I don't know why any company would focus more on their free portion of their app then they would the paying portion. Perhaps the reason being is they know you pay for long-term. So once they have your money they don't have to focus on you anymore. The truth is you can only spend two minutes in the app before it crashes. I've reported this multiple times and they still haven't fixed it. Worst dating App Ever!!!

This app is generally good, and I've met quality people on it. All bugs of previous versions seem ironed out, which is great. However, it is no longer possible to search the text of messages! This is very unfortunate, since it was the only way to find previous conversations based on their locations (if it was mentioned in the messages). Now local matches are easily lost. This is a big problem for someone like me who travels frequently and has multiple residences.
