I was a paying customer for 3½ months, with limited success, when it was brought to my attention that the lengthy bio that I wrote for my profile was NOT visible to other members - only myself! For a week straight, I attempted to contact customer support to notify them of the problem so they could fix it. Additionally, I asked that I be refunded what I had already paid them. FINALLY, I received a return message stating that they refunded ONE month's fee & that they canceled my subscription! 🤬

Big problems when you want to upload photos. You have limit (6 photos). I had only 4. But when I try to upload more photos I always get error: "maximum photos reached". I deleted one of them and tried to upload new photo. And got the same error. Now I have only 3 photos and can't upload more. Sometimes I get another error. "Photo upload failed". The same error in the web-site. And you don't even have support. I tried to use "feedback" button. But noone even answer.
