I really like the daily stories and how they reinforce new vocabulary by having it appear across several days! While the content is great, the app could have more polish. Sometimes the tones/pin yin are not correct. I wish I could increase the font size, and also slow down the voice recording to 0.5x, 0.75x, 1x. On tablet, the pin yin toggle button covers the text in landscape mode.

A decent app, but has many bugs. I am a paid subscriber, where I get daily stories, but there are many issues: 1. Sometimes stories will not load and thus destroys my daily streak 2. They used to highlight the new words and old words that you have come across but this no longer shows up 3. The pinyin is sometimes wrong for words that have double sounds, and translations of terms are not correct within the context. 4. White text for the answer box on a white background makes it hard to see.

I've been wanting to learn Chinese for quiet sometime, I actually work with people at my job who speak Chinese, so this was a great opportunity to get started on the basics. I came across this app and was not disappointed! I have learned much more on here than anywhere else. The app runs smooth and I've had no issues. I'm able to learn easily and conveniently! I really enjoy it! Highly recommend.
