뒤늦게 추신) 어제도 했는데, 다시 1일차라네요. 오류안나게 부탁드려요.^^ 명상 누적시간이 6850분 되는 사용자입니다. 어디에 인사를 해야될까... 찾다가 이 공간을 빌려 감사의 인사를 전합니다. 저는 젊은시절 깊은 자기혐오와 우울증을 겪었었습니다. 그러다 마보를 만나면서 명상이란 것을 시작했는데 저는 김연정 선생님의 걷기명상으로 입문했다 할까요? 앉아서 하는 명상보다 알아차림이 잘 되더라구요. 지금은 전보다 우울감도 거의 사라지고, 가끔씩 욱하던 습관도 이제는 희미한 옛이야기가 된 것 같습니다. 죽음명상을 통해서 내 삶의 유한성도 새삼 깨닫고 있으며, 호흡명상을 통해 지금 이 순간에 온전히 있는 시간이 아주 많아졌습니다. 마보를 통해 오십 넘어서 처음 이게 바로 숨 쉬는 것이구나... 살아있음이구나 깨달아가고 있습니다. 제가 다른 곳도 아닌, 바로 여기, 온전히 나라는 존재와 함께 이렇게 살아있음을 알게 해 준 마보께 진심으로... 마음을 담아 감사를 전합니다. 정말 고맙습니다
