The app lags with the camera, it also makes the images pixelated, support tells you to update the firmware (which you cannot do because it won't allow you to), you can only have 3 others on the camera share, and the paid subscription is ONLY for seeing the saved video recordings. You can't even watch the days recordings without that subscription.

EVERYTIME I PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION IT LOSES CONNECTION. At least twice a month, it loses connection, causing me to have to reset it and pay for a subscription again because it doesn't continue. I paid for a 30-day subscription, and it lost connection after 8 days. Now I have to reset again and pay for another subscription AGAIN, but this time I won't because I just keep wasting money every month. It really sucks because the camera is great quality BUT the app and subscriptions are terrible.

A good app that functions well, and connects fairly easily to various wireless devices (like - light fixtures and certain appliances) to control from the cellphone. Only qualm, and reason for 4 star rating. Is that it's not available in the settings to adjust the backdrop from white to black during evening hours. As most similar types of apps now have that as a standard, and is much easier on the eyes when reading it.
