The app lags with the camera, it also makes the images pixelated, support tells you to update the firmware (which you cannot do because it won't allow you to), you can only have 3 others on the camera share, and the paid subscription is ONLY for seeing the saved video recordings. You can't even watch the days recordings without that subscription.

EVERYTIME I PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION IT LOSES CONNECTION. At least twice a month, it loses connection, causing me to have to reset it and pay for a subscription again because it doesn't continue. I paid for a 30-day subscription, and it lost connection after 8 days. Now I have to reset again and pay for another subscription AGAIN, but this time I won't because I just keep wasting money every month. It really sucks because the camera is great quality BUT the app and subscriptions are terrible.

every movement and sound alert takes you to a paywall demanding you subscribe. if you refuse it closes the app, have to then find the app and reopen, then select the camera then wait for it to load. takes a minimum of 15 seconds to get from the notification to seeing the live feed. cannot record without subscription. completely unusable.
