I've been using for the past 6+ months and I'm loving it. I really like how it logs your history so you can refer back to the weights you previously used. Being able to make notes on exersizes and swap for alternative moves has been super helpful too. I do wish there was an option to get a quick refresher/reminder on proper form of a move if you need it right in the workout. Definitely worth the $.

The available programs and the app itself are outstanding. The value is unmatched. There is truly something for everyone within the available programs, and the alternatives provided ensure any level or equipment limitations are not only accommodated, but also maximized. Clearly I can't say enough good things about this program; I only wish I had found it sooner!

I have been using this app for over 2 years now and I love the updates that have come in the last year. The guided warm-ups and cool downs are awesome! Options for modifications are preloaded which is a big help. The app remembers the weights you have used in the past so that you can really streamline your workout. It's an easy way to get am awesome workout everything with very little brain power for those early workouts!
